Re TBR ex-dividend date, I e-mailed Lorival Silva:

"Most sources on TBR list the ex-dividend date as last year's April 25
at $1.78/share. Today, I noticed Yahoo! Finance now gives the TBR ex-dividend date as April 3 at $3.75/share, though without a specified year. Has Telebras actually declared this year's date and amount?
The information on Yahoo! could be from a year prior to 1997 or it could be a simple mistake...Cordially.."

There are some TBR dividend rumors around as well. If I hear anything substantive, I will report.

Thank you sir! I'll take it...getting over excited about this stock again. I have checked back news, and find nothing about the advisor contract signing the end of Feb. but TBR seems to state in black and white it's a done deal. I'll try writing Soloman and Morgan Stanly.

I don't think the news came out till near the end of the day...after Brazil markets closed? May be a nice up day tomorrow.
