Norm, Alright, I'll try to be civil! It's just that I'm getting sick of the same old, same old!! IMO, here are my answers to your questions Question #1 <FTEL probably won't get a full NASDAQ listing - maybe a small caps instead if we're lucky. How do you expect the market to react to that?> Anything other that the Bulletin Board would be positive! People think that there is something wrong with the company because the stock price is down. I think we have amply discussed what has put pressure on the stock. Question 2 <Also, it seems obvious that the FTEL management are not very good or not very clever ... witness the filing to sell shares and the 800 number fiasco?> A few days ago you were posting about the Raging Bull article and telling us how awful is was that the officers sold so many shares. Did you read the retraction? Did you make a retraction? How many people dumped their shares because of their article and your post? Question 3 <I wonder if the "delay" in response from the Nasdaq has been caused by some sort of investigation of the Ftel management (maybe just requests for more info etc? That word "investigation" sounds kind of criminal doesn't it? Poor, poor, choice of words. Question 4 <I also wonder why, given that Ftel's product has is demonstrably superior to the competition, no other companies are making overtures of some kind to Ftel? Why is WCOM the only interested party (and only mild interest at that)? Who told you that WCOM is the only interested party? Are you "assuming" that they are the only interested party? Question 5 <These things on top of the poor sales record are really troubling to me. I just wonder how low FTEL can go? Is there any notion of "book value"? FTEL has products so they must be worth something?> Book value doesn't mean diddly for a company at this stage of development. Alot of companies trade at many, many multiples of their book value. Why do you suppose that is? MSFT Book Value $4.69 Stock Price $82 IDTC Book Value $2.48 Stock Price $36 NSPK Book Value $2.17 Stock Price $31 Gee, I wonder how high FTEL can go? MJ
