Everyone is talking about how great Microsoft's report was. Let's review. Earnings are up 4 pennies but earnings have peaked for the year. Three times the CFO said that "demand is slowing" and growth has gone from 50 percent to 30 percent. Didn't anyone focus on this? I'm not suprised at all with the Adobe Debacle, this is one of many to come. Anybody still think Microsoft is worth 60 times earnings? How about AOL at 130 times earnings. Speculative bubble. I think so
