Regardless of which direction anal-ysts are projecting, here are some positives about Excel. For what it is worth to you, I am also an Independent Representative though the information is presented as unbiased as possible.

I believe it was three weeks ago that ECI President Jack McLain, while talking on a Millionaire's Club Sunday Night conference call, mentioned that Excel already had 2500 *new* commercial accounts since Feb 1. That would be approximately 2500 new commercial accounts averaging more than $100 each in approximately 5 weeks. The average is higher, but $100 is the minimum for customers to sign up for the new Prime Business accounts. That is *extremely* impressive and bullish since just a fraction if any of those revenues will appear in this quarters results.

Reports from independent reps both on a nationwide email list and Excel's TelWorks voicemail system have regularly been sharing their findings from doing free rate comparisons for potential commercial customers. Approximately 19 out of 20 comparisons are coming back with savings between 15% and 65%. This includes international calling. The funniest thing is the stories where people swore up and down they were getting a "great deal" from the current provider.

Talked with a local Dallas rep Tuesday night. He had signed up 5 of his company's 27 nationwide offices for PB4. Those 5 offices were averaging around $40,000 per month in total LDU. They were paying 17 cent per minute with Sprint. Now they are saving about 40% with Excel, or $16,000 per month. Think they're happy?! He said the remaining offices should be signed up shortly.

Folks the commercial accounts are rolling into corporate and most of them are 1 year term contracts (slightly better rates with 1 year commitment).

There is also a vesting promotion going on for the reps until June 1st. This is creating excitement. More excitement generates more revenues to Excel. I heard directly from people who have attended the Detroit business presentations that they are averaging 350 people twice a week.

If you have long distance usage of $150 or more per month, get your phone bill to an Indpendent Representative for a free comparison. It doesn't cost anything, and you might just end up impacting your bottom line.

If you are a share holder, you should be on Excel's long distance service regardless of how much long distance you use.

Excel long and prosper,
Tod in Dallas
