I think SNMM is going to be on ABC Nightline.

Their TV crews have been doing a story on Online Gambling and have made visits to Starnet's World Gaming operation as well as their
headquarters (Vancouver, BC).

SNMM has contracted a powerful PR firm in Vegas and they will be
focusing on hightening investor awareness. Also, they had a news release out last week.

STARNET WELCOMES TWO MORE INTERNET
GAMING LICENSEES

Wilmington, DE, March 24, 1998 - Starnet
Communications International Inc. (NASD OTC-BB:
SNMM) ("Starnet") is pleased to announce that it has
licensed Softec Internet gaming systems to two
established gaming enterprises.

"We're excited about our alliance with these innovative
licensees," said Starnet's CEO, Mark Dohlen - who
noted that Starnet participates in the revenues generated
from every Softec Internet gaming system under license.

Oz Gaming, a private corporation based in Costa Rica,
has licensed a Softec Internet gaming system located at
ozgaming.com. Oz Gaming's management
has extensive experience in telephone and Internet based
sports wagering services. Oz Gaming's online sportsbook
features a real-time Las Vegas line on a variety of
international sporting events. In addition to placing sports
wagers online, Oz Gaming patrons can play a variety of
virtual casino games such as Blackjack, and purchase
tickets for international lotteries. Simulcast horseracing
& pari-mutuel wagering from Miami's Hialeah Park
Race Course will soon be added.

Multrade Ltd., an international investment conglomerate
based in the Bahamas, has licensed an Internet gaming
system known as "Jakarta International Casino"
(http://www.jakartacasino.com). Multrade's system will
be customized to target Indonesian gaming consumers.
The website and players' software will be translated into
Indonesian, and the featured casino game is Indonesia's
most popular gambling pastime - Baccarat.

Softec Systems Caribbean Inc.
(http://www.softecsystems.com), a wholly owned
Starnet subsidiary, customizes and licenses turn-key
Internet gaming systems to independent parties in
exchange for participation in the licensees' revenues.
Softec now has three independent licensees.

PC Computing magazine has estimated that the Internet
gaming market could reach US $20 billion in annual
revenues by the turn of the century. Starnet intends to
penetrate this market with its proprietary system
(http://www.worldgaming.net), and through the licensing process.

Starnet (http://www.starnetcommunications.com) is a
fully reporting, publicly held interactive entertainment
company, which identifies and commercializes Internet
technologies for established markets. Starnet's
revenue-generating websites attract over 6 million hits per day.

My impression is that because Starnet already has revenues of
over $400,000 per month from their web sites their shares will become
underpriced very soon because they will be generating an enormous amount of added revenue from participating in the profits of their licensees.

Good point.

Why is it that the market maker's have so much control? Do they not have to answer to anybody?

Just curious...

Thanks.
