TAVA is on the Federal Reserve margin list. Next is National Market and according to my read they qualify by the requirements outlined on the Nasdaq Web Site. It is simply a matter of processing and verification now. TAVA has excellent books and good cashflow, it is in Nasdaq's financial interest to bump TAVA up to NMS listing (larger Nasdaq fees, so what do you think is going to happen?) Once they get NMS, they will pop for 3-4 points as the market perceives this as NASDAQ's blessing. This pop will kill the shorts (sorry Craig) and cause TAVA awareness to exponentiate. We should see Tava in the high Twenties on expectations of tremendous earnings for the 3rd QTR (May 14 announcment).

Whether they deserve it or not, their capital value is going through the roof (I think they deserve it). May 15 should be a very interesting day.

Norman, Thank you very much for the info on meaning/effect of "NMS". I can now see why NMS status would be helpful to investors, especially the big investment firms, in their decisions about whether or not to invest in any particular company.

To tell you the truth, with out your help, all I could do is search under "NMS" which yields hundreds of hits. It's so much more helpful when someone, like you, is willing to take a moment to provide the starting point for a deeper search and DD.

Once again, Thank You!
