Lee,

I'm not sure of the following and remember whatever I say is unofficial. I do not represent the company. I've heard that while NASDAQ has set a date for compliance the SEC has not set the date and apparently the SEC is the final judge on this.

Also it would be unfortunate if GPGI was transferred to the pink sheets because quotations would not be readily available. This is the case with Naxos. However, the lack of visibility would have nothing to do with the inherent merit of the company. How much it would affect the stock price is an unknown.

GPGI is very close to filing its papers, I've been told, and once they are filed compliance is automatic in 60 days. The date they are filed is the effective date to get in under the wire.

I am not concerned about GPGI meeting the deadline. They are working very diligently on this requirement.

Regards, Ed
