If IBM were ever in a position to buy Wave it would be anyone's guess as to what the price would be - at least a little better than the value of Wave's stock at the time. I understand that the Spragues do not want to sell the company, however I suppose that could change in the future. I am only a stockholder and not affiliated with the company so I really have no way of knowing how that could play out or whether IBM has any kind of contractual opportunity to buy Wave at some future date.
