Not at all! IMO when you put two losers together you just get a double loser! lET ME TELL YOU WHEN THE COMBINED STATEMENTS ARE MADE PUBLIC IT IS GOING TO BE A DISASTER. Artecon has zero net worth and is losing money. So we issue 12.9 million shares of STDM to buy it. What a joke Maybe there is another sucker out there that will buy the merged company and bail all of us out. Just wishful thinking!

Potentially - YES !!!!

Exactly 14 months ago MTIC ( a third party storage systems provider-VERY much like STDM ) was trading @ $3.50. Today that stock is OVER $15.

Yes...there were some write downs in the area of $45MM and a quarterly loss of $25MM ( including charges) BUT...the fact remains that MTIC managed to turn themselves around with new mgmnt.

IF MTIC can......Why not STDM !!!!

By the way, the above info is directly from MTIC 1996 annual report.
