Edderd: I read part of Viagra Information in the FDA approval fda.gov. I specially scrutinized the section A. "Review and Evaluation of Pharmacology and Toxicology Data, Pages 1-25". Since the specificity of sidenafil to PDE5 is only one fold more to PDE6 (a major PDE in retina), I am especially concerned the overdosage use of viagra. Their experiment did not stress that very well. They said, the 100 mg dosage MAY be prescribed. Any doctors who read section 2 " the Joint Clinical Reviews" have comment? If the 300 ug/Kg (300 pmole/L) dosage is the highest concentration for their animal test, then the 100 mg dosage will be 5 times more than the animal trial, suppose that a normal ED male is 75 kg (100,000/300x75=5). I got something wrong, please correct?
