After reading Mr. Vanderlees' summary on the shareholders meeting, I would have to say "something" is definitely on the horizon. How else could you explain the overwhelming interest in BCB Holdings, without anticipating some form of news? For months there hasn't been much activity in BCB and now all of a sudden "BAM" 1.5 MILLION shares traded in 2 days. There is so much interest now, I believe that we're going to find out what someone already knows...

With the increased activity this should surely get rid of the shortee's.

It's such a good feeling seeing renewed interest in BCB!

We are currently being careful not to bite off more than we can chew in regard to both the Courtroom and Legislative markets. We are selectively marketing to jurisdications that have shown interest and where we have support available. However, these are large systems that always require some customization and, as a result, eat up resources. We realize that we have to manage each opportunity with care, which is what we do. That's why we are in discussions with other parties who may be able to help us attack these markets more aggressively by providing us with the resources needed and sharing the risks and rewards accordingly. There is competition from two other groups but we know our systems to be superior in performance and efficiency. However, we also know the best technology doesn't win, it's the best technology that gets to market that wins. That's why we are proactively seeking partnerships to provide us with leverage,
