Scott,

from what I can read one of the Preferred holders GLOBAL MANAGEMENT converted 4000 shares of preferred to common and sold it on 3-20-98.

Seems like a small amount unless it was done to drop GLOBAL under the 5% ownership rules of the SEC? I did notice that they went from 5% to 4.9% with this smallish transaction.

The 13D confirms that the pref's stake in actv has fallen below the 5% threshold.
