Hi All, The following is the state of the business as of 25Mar98; Tmm is in the process of moving to a new location, we have an office in Santa Monica Ca. We have no phone service at this location due to a compatibility problem between our system and the existing lines into the building. I can't say when they will be up or if we will remain there do to the circumstances of our negotiations that will be obvious as you read this letter. The Trudef version 3.0 is now (according to tabnet) on line for netsales. There have been some problems with the product name and patents that have been fixed and/or decided on all, in our favor. You should be able to buy this product in the next 24-72 hours. Virtual Graceland is having a packaging face lift for a European roll out. They continue to sell as fast as we get them out and have back orders in many cases. We are in final negotiations with Randy Jackson, there has been no legal action to defend there liabilities and the final day of the appeal will be Monday, that is the final waiting day for the default judgement. They have recognized there liability and at this time we will either be absorbing there company or merging the companies but we will have what's do us. This company controls the rights to fleetwood Mac/Stevie Nicks music rolalties, among other music the have acquired over the years. The synergy for us to work together is defiantly there and we plan to use our technological know how to do live Internet broadcast of up-coming concerts of some major performers that " The Jackson Group" own the promotion rights to. The new Mobil post production/broadcast trailer that I have helped work on, that is state of the art, will allow this to come off like no other before. I have had World Com's (MCI's new owner) area manager, Pat Lalley, out to the trailer and they are very excited about being involved with the project but I will know to what extent until we meet in the coming week. Our customer support group has signed a deal with " RAVE" corporation to handle the field support for there kiosk's world wide. We will be using a combination of our people and GTE's people world wide. Estimated value of the first year's revenues based on RAVE's sales and lease projections is in the area of 1.8 million (3000 units X $ 50.00 Per month) and we our working on the system integration contract. Needless to say everybody has been stretched as far as possible. I will update all as soon as any of the for mentioned items change in anyway. Be well, Tom
