Tonight's Worden report (Telechart2000):

3-Com Corp (COMS) ain't doing what it's supposed to do. Yesterday, it reported sharply lower sales and earnings for the third quarter. This made very little impression on the price. The day before it had actually broken to the upside. Today, it's up almost ten percent, the leading gainer among stocks over $10. There is some decent, though far from spectacular, BOP buying. Call it respectable. Most impressive, a broad base has been building since last November. If this breaks above 38, COMS could be off and running. Downside risk seems limited to about 10 points (though there is never any actual limit in real life). Check it on a daily chart. The weekly chart is also interesting.
I don't know where they come up with 10%, but who am I to argue....
