"The Agreement between Barrick and PFG requires Barrick to spend US10,500,000
prior to June 26, 2000. If a production decision is not made by that date, Barrick must
spend an additional US$4,000.000 in each 12 month period starting July 2000 until a
production decision is made."

Barrick must decide on doing a feasibility analysis soon if they are to make a production decision by June 2000. This is why the odds are they will make a decision sooner than later.

Best of Luck,

Ross
