Pretty sure they are for real. The emphasis on the stock information is primarily because they are very thinly traded and it is difficult to get any market information at all. Most services do not carry them. FWIW, I think that there under 6,000,000 out. This makes for a pretty light cap for a company with the resources they control. If you look at trading patterns, it is pretty obvious they are not a pump and dump house.
