Jody, there is nothing wrong with ALT, that a company with deep pockets couldn't handle. If we had the funds, we would have filed it. My understanding is, it's very expensive to produce, too expensive for us at this point. We were spread to thin...

In 1995 the major shareholders and those controlling this company today bought in at 3.89 per share. After 3+ years of investment, the company is now valued at 2.00 per share. They will do what it takes to break even or more likely to get a reasonable return. I suspect that they are looking for 50M plus for Cellcor. Is that a good reason for you? If they can not get that figure, they will look at selling the entire company. My guess is, if Cyto were to go on sale tomorrow for 6.00, they would get it that day. This is a company that is controlled by a small group, and they set the price. Look at the 97 proxy to find out who this group is. See if you can make a connection to Cellcor.

Expecting a pullback to 1 23/32 as speculators bail out. Cyto is dropping ALT because they are running out of money and the risk/reward is against them. We've seen the POP in price, now we're going to see the pullback.

Jody, once again my philosophy proves to be correct. I have not a clue as to why it rose the way it did on the news finally released. My fear is that they are really out of money and cutting everyway possible. If this stock drops back to the 1.125 to 1.25 area and the news is not dreadful I may come back to ride it once again.
