The way I see it, Ed's warning was useful. It's something every thread on SI and elsewhere can use now and then. In my association, we ask the general counsel to give the antitrust spiel on a regular basis, not because we are violating the law, but rather, just to make sure it stays fresh in our minds. Don't want to get my members in trouble, nor let them get themselves in trouble! Moreover, I've been on Brad's list before, and I've talked to him directly. He has never done anything more than give me his gut feeling about where he thinks things may be going. I gotta tell ya, he only bats about .500 (ggggg), so I think his nose is fairly clean. Ken
