Steve, Your certainly not alone in averaging up last fall, but then I do believe that if a certain group had not gone on a selling binge that things would have been a lot different. You can't forsee every event, just do the best you can with the information you have at hand. As to discussing the sale of the company, I have already stated that I do not wish to do this as I don't see any real benefits and believe that there are risks in doing so. I know for myself that if I were out to buy DCI, I would be pretty uncomfortable if I knew a group was discussing the deal. In the end it really boils down to whether you feel you can trust Joe to make us the best deal and I don't see any reason he would do otherwise personally.
