I think trying to be real. That seems to be the core issue these days on this thread. Check out their SEC filing in Edgar. Go to their web site, www.tpii.com. Read through about the last 100-200 posts on this thread to get all perspectives from all the posters - and draw your own conclusions. I see bid/ask .41/.44 as an opportunity. I see a turnaround underway that will pay-off big time for those who are willing take the risk.

The court case still drags on. Once CSW is done presenting thier case
the defendant MAY offer settlement. If not the trial continues.

Many believe that the trial will not continue as completing the case
will set a precident for the future. Most of us thought it would never even get this far in court.

Read previous posts for more updates, but basically different people trade this stock for different reasons. Some people think there is wealth in favorable outcome of the lawsuit, others look at the company
as a viable producer of a much needed product and most of us here look at both.

Prices of oil (dropping) along with Cursio's report that the case will probably be dragged on through summer recess and into the fall discouraged investors. This caused the stock to drop. rebounding prices along with another cursio report saying earnings would be great next year caused the stock to bounce back.

Why a company with only 14 Million shares had a slow day on Friday.. I don't know if anyone knows, or if it matters...Stocks do that stuff.

I suggest you go back and read the postings for the last 90 days, and get you hands on some of cursio's reports. Ask yourself why a company like this appeals to you.

Good luck.
