On the whole, I view the news as positive because: 1) Even though the NDA was delayed the management had a good reason. It showed that they want their first NDA to be perfect...in that they want to make a favorable impression to the FDA...showing that they know what they are doing. 2) They showed the data of some of the trials...validating potential of the drug. 3) They announced an IND...enforcing the validity of their science, justifying expenditures, & getting paid.
