This is a quote from Jimmy Rogers in "Market Wizards." "Buy change. You should be willing to buy or sell anything. So many people say, 'I could never buy that kind of stock,' 'I could never buy utilities,' 'I could never play commodities.' You should be flexible and alert to invest in anything." I would say that many of the world's great stock traders buy small caps, in addition to large caps. It is rare a Coca Cola gets as beaten up as a small cap can.
