Mr. Shooter

If you are still around after 30 days, then we'll talk some more. Can you do your profile so that we can gt a better sense of who you are. In the meantime, please do tell us about Mr Crane.

Chester

I was the one of the Dir's at PNDA that came
on the day that PNDA went public

Should I take a guess at who you are or are you going to make me pull up the prospectus again?

OK - you have thrown down a gauntlet and now I will challenge your credibility. If you are legitimate, those of us on this board will welcome your participation.

First of all, I have been a long time bear on this stock - you can see my previous posts. Secondly (and more pertinently), I was employed at one of the first two "authorized dealers" that you supposedly wined and dined. So if you are real, we know the same things, and the same people. Let's see. I hate to do this, but I offer you a quiz.

1. Name Panda's first two dealers
2. What show did PNDA first display the Archistrat machine (hint in NY City, but since I gave you the hint, be specific)
3. At this same show, PNDA held a special kind of press briefing - what was unique about it (again, please be specific)
4. Two member's of the same family were on the original team - who were they
5. What was unique about PNDA's first headquarters (Crane talked about this often).

I'll understand if you can't answer these all (though these should be real easy for you), but share as much as you can with us. I'm sure you are sensitive to the fake ID's we have had on this board. If you are who you say you are, we'd love your input.

I will post my answers as soon as you post yours - and yes I will show that mine are verifiable.
