Rocky , Re: >>>Iomega must be hurtin' pretty bad.<<<

Refering to the lower zip prices :

Iomega will make it up with the increase in zip sales that will occur due to their lower prices .

Rocky , I would suppose that you would think that Intel would be hurting every time they reduce their chip prices .

Forever lowering prices is the penalty you pay when you decide to compete in the hi tech business .

Get real ,

Herb

Rocky/All:

Several persons have asked about the hearing on a preliminary injunction against Nomai, the case in San Francisco. I also recall someone posted a message about an analyst commenting, the morning that KE's resignation broke, something to the affect that it was because of two things, losing the Nomai litigation and the $100M campaign.

As far as I know, the Nomai litigation has yet to be lost. Was he talking about the Dutch Court's preliminary ruling?

Did anyone have any info on what ever became of the hearing or any analyst commenting on losing the Nomai litigation?

I don't want a $99 zip, they've been available for months at that price. I want a $50 Zip, then a $25 Zip and, ultimately, a $2 disk. And I want IOM to be profitable at those prices.
