JAH,

What actual negotiations are you referring to. Unless you know something the rest of us don't then we are simply restating what Joe has said all along. "HE WANTS OUT THIS YEAR AND HE WANTS ALL OF THE SHARE HOLDERS TO PROFIT TO THE TUNE OF AT LEAST $10.00 PER SHARE. What GB posted was nothing more than Joe reiterating this but maybe a little stronger as we get closer.

Best Regards

Hi James -

You said:

"One possible example of how we could unwittingly shot ourselves in the foot, might be by giving a suiter an idea of what the bottom price the shareholders of the company might be willing to sign off on. "

I'd like to start the bidding at $20.00/share - do I hear $25.00??

It's late and boys just wanna have fun. In spite of the stock price, I am starting to enjoy the sunrise. Like my pastor preached one Easter a few years back,

"It's Friday, but SUNDAY's A COMMIN!!!!"

Good night all -

George
