They should also make a statement about the
lamination problem which is public knowledge.
Have they fixed the problem yet? Some
statement of progress on that front would be
very welcome, and it is due.

Come on, do you really think that there is

When I was in Henderson last November, DA showed me some examples of batteries and said they had produced small quantities for testing and sent them to OEM's for their own testing. This first quarter stuff seems like one step forward, two steps back to me and with no new company announcement, I'm not sure that two steps is enough.
