Yes, that is an excellent strategy, as they will stop trading in the stock and it will open up 5-6 points, then the shorts have to make a decision, then a number of funds that will not buy until they can build a model will start to buy, so that is a very good strategy.

If the FDA had rejected them we would have been in deep kimshee. They might not have survived, I daresay this might be different.
