TC, the CTXS/MSFT agreement is laid out in detail in an SEC filing last Spring, I think it was an 8k. Click on profile at the top of this page, then SEC from the profile page. Read carefully and make your own judgement.

It is a 75 Mill. license fee over a 5 year period. The info is in the last 10K. There is some good info in the investors package CTXS sends out if you call their investor relations hotline. And you will get it in a few days.
