Bud,

I do not often post here, but must comment on your last post.

You are exactly correct. Fear and greed drive the price of a stock.
Agreed, short selling, legal or illegal is a problem we must all face.
What swings the price of ADGI are those in the market that buy and sell for a gain of 1/2 cent on large volume. Sadly those that have the funds to do so, jump in and out of a small stock like ADGI on 100 to 200k shares at 1/2 gains and walk away, each day leaving the rest to sit at these threads and accuse the MM's of shorting and playing games. The MM's may very well be doing the same thing with each other, but my feeling is, that manipulation of penny stocks are most likely the work of the public, not the licensed NASD dealers.

BTW...MM's and Brokers are allowed to short stocks under 5.00, some underhanded brokers will short in your name for you, but this is illegal. Short sales are Margin transactions, but not interest accountable.

Ken W holding long and have not traded ADGI.

Mr. Budweiser Sir:

I'm sure that there are some slick MMs, but I wholeheartedly agree they are not the enemy. Your points are well taken. Now if I can get you to a meeting, maybe this will all come out right :)

Al

Bud,

That was a good post. What most people apparently fail to realise is that management's job is not to drive up the price of the shares, but to increase the shareholdres' equity. There is a difference. MMs do exactly what they are supposed to do: they make a market in the stock. If it weren't for them, you'd have to seek out a stockholder and see if he was interested in selling his shares to you at your bid price, and of course he would counter with an sked price. MMs are not crooks; they are businessmen, cynical, yes, because the temptation to get out of a stock if it makes a significant move is almost universal, and that's how the MMs make money. Darn few people follow the Swiss and Buffet method of buy 'em and hold 'em. Besides, part of the fun of penny stocks is the action. I'll probably never sell my ERICY or PFE or MUTHX or LGL because they are solid sure winners, but they don't make my pulse beat faster like ADGI, NAMX, USMC and ZICAF.

Sorry to bore you with this.
