OC,

Sorry to hear that. Unfortunately I didn't either.

You said it yourself.. you can't short NETZ. So I ask you again, what is your purpose for posting here.

You obviously are an intelligent person who can apply his time, I'm sure valuable time, to something productive. For example a company that you can buy or a company that you can short.

I suggest you change your plan of attack if you insist on posting here. If you turn positive on NETZ and NETZ gets to the NASDAQ then you could short it. So for the next couple of months, buy some shares, tell your friends to buy some shares. Do anything to drive the price up. Even makes some positive posts here. The price goes up, the stock gets listed, you short it with a lot more downside.

Now let's compare these two strategies:

Your current strategy is essentially a waste of your time. You can't make money.

New strategy helps you make money on NETZ appreciation. Say NETZ goes to $5.00 and gets listed. Now you can short it and have a reason to post here.

OC, you can short ESVS, though.

I'd make it short-term, and do it after the end of March, though, assuming that the NETZ financials don't come out by that time.

I think it's interesting that every time bad news comes out on NETZ, ESVS reacts negatively. However, NETZ doesn't always react. All the better to short ESVS instead.

Longer-term, it could be dangerous, however. My worst-case short scenario on ESVS is that we get to, say, the end of April, the financials don't come out, ESVS announces that the deal is off, and ESVS shoots up because it's lost that millstone around it's neck.
