JW, Yep, I read your response, but also there were those on the Yahoo board who questioned the $1.40, not being able to find it in the SEC document. There are also alot of winers over there. If those guys really own stock why would they want to talk it down? In any case Faibish responded to my inquiry as follows: THANK YOU FOR YOUR COMMENTS. WE HAVE STRONG ESCROW PROTECTIONS ON OUR DEAL AS WELL AS A NEED TO FILE AN S-3 FOR THE HOLDERS.
