Hank, I have an account with Waterhouse and I've bought ANTX several times through them. I do find that their website is too slow for doing quick daytrading, but you can't beat their service.

You should not have any problem purchasing ANTX through Waterhouse. I have several times. You can use a broker or the internet site. Can't do it with the touchtones though.
