<OFF TOPIC> In an earlier post you asked how the NASD would let a merger through without audited financials. Funny to think that you spent the time to go through the listing requirements and rules on the nasdaq web site to find something that would put doubt into a merger possibility. You HAD to have seen the requirement of corporate governance and other rules which specify a full corporate audit by an agency authorized by the exchange. But I guess you forgot to mention that when you were putting your little doom and gloom spin out. <I haven't seen FAMH close on any mergers or acquisitions.> You will soon eat these words. Jin.
