I would appreciate receiving any information that you deem of interest, Richard. I down loaded the IBC info and will read it this evening when I have a break. Our partners here work me pretty hard, so I don't usually get back to the hotel before midnight.

Indonesia has a an interesting situation vis a vis their oil. They export number 1 crude and import lower grades for processing and local consumption, which generates hard currency for them. I met this morning with a pipeline contractor that has successfully worked for Asemera, Pertimina and Migas. He has identified SCADA as a means for generating foreign funded business, and Unitec as a winning partner. There may even be some satellite work which could tie in well with our Glentel partnership.

I'm heading off for a meeting with Mega Eletra, the bid closing has been extended 30 days, which is good. There is a fourth (Taiwanese) prequalified bidder, but we feel that our consortium will offer the best solution for the Wonerojo project.

Warmest regards,

John
