The guy who owns 5% or more is Mike Farmwald (oft seen hereabouts on the PNDA thread, and also a founder of Chromatic Research) -- the insider report covers Paul Farmwald. I can confirm the reports are often wrong in remaining shares and other details. Insider sales of this magnitude shouldn't be seen as votes of no confidence -- remember that upper middle class houses start at $1 million in the area.
