JHR,
I'm really not that up on the service companies. I prefer drillers based on the combination of higher expected growth and generally lower PE's. In addition to concerns about how possible slowing in land drilling operations will impact oil service companies, I have some concerns about competition between service companies. I think it is generally easier to increase supply in oilfield services than offshore rigs.
