I am compelled to respond the the last several posts as the broker that is being referred to apparently is me.

I remember Bret P calling me twice, and I promptly forwarded his request for the Futuretrak Times to Futuretrak's investor relations person. It is possible that it slipped their mind, but I will remind them to do it again for you. Prior to that you had spoken to another broker who has since left our company; I can't speak to his failure to follow through.

The reason I have not sent you anything personally is because I have not ever applied to do business in your state and therefore I really can't talk to you about it; sorry but unlike the anonymous posters on SI, stockbrokers are governed by strict rules and regulations.

As far as the stock is concerned; it is a very thinly traded bulletin board stock with only one million shares in the float and currently does not report their financials. As such an investment in FTRK carries with it a high degree of risk. Because of the highly speculative nature of this security, I am only accepting accredited investors at this time.

What I can tell you all, is that while you can't get numbers or anything substantive yet, the Futuretrak Times has been posted to this thread and contains everything you would want to know about the company's progress.

They are currently preparing to become a fully reporting company, and they want to get off the bulletin board as fast as they can for all our benefit.

Until then, the only thing you can do is request to be put on the mailing list for the Times which is issued bi-monthly, and/or call the company and ask them if they have a dealer located near you so you can go in and see their products and ask the dealer what he thinks about them.

There is a company profile being put together that is now at the printer. If anyone would like a copy of it either email me or the company, and I will see to it that you get one.

Thankyou,

Steve O
