According to investor relations, Zmax has not given up on Nasdaq but actually expects a listing to come in the near term. However, due to the unexpected length of the process, the company has talked to the American Stock Exchange as well. Also, when (and if) a decision is made is totally out of the company's control.

This does'nt make it any easier on us shareholder's, but the nasdaq listing process can take a long time... particularly for companies who reverse merge into a shell (like Zmax). Other companies who have experienced this include Data Dimensions, Alydaar, Anchor Communications, Information Analysis and Consygen (currently waiting).

Best wishes (to Zmax longs)
