For a good discount broker try Bank of Montreal Investorline.
Their rates are lower than Greenline, and you can trade
via computer also, which greenline can't do.
Believe their number in Canada is 1-800-265-5400

Martin,
The Greenline office in NY is a 1 office division of Waterhouse. Just call that particular office--they are the ones that have Canadian access. The forms they will send you are Waterhouse forms: the Park Ave office is Greenline Investor Services, a div. of Waterhouse.
