If this slips or if LU becomes real competition for them then these margins are going to slip.

Their margins will slip as they move more into telecommunications equipment versusnetworking. It's a fact of life

Perhaps, but using cisco-like products for telecommunications present a far more cost effective approach to the carriers than the 5E and 4E products being installed. The margin pressure will not come from incumbent telecommunications products but from competitive data/voice switching product from NT, and LU.

Good morning Pat,it looks as if this could be the low for the day ,we have major momentum here and ASND should blow out 40 real soon.I hope you picked up CPQ , it seems to be back in favor,usually we have profit taking in pm on friday but today I think the shorts will be covering sparking a strong rally.We will see real soon,have a great day.
