"Dick": This thread has seen quite a few manipulative characters come and go. They all show some common behavioral patterns, like:

recent "guest members" with fantasy names and no e-mail
unusually high number of posts compared to the "regular" newcomer
they usually don't introduce themselves when they show up
they never explain what their interest in Naxos is
they do not participate in a discussion, but repeat the same points over and over

Do you think you fit this description? Now that you are found out all you can do is cry "no fair"? Maybe it is time for you to reappear as a new character, HL!

Dick: You are entitled to your opinion. The others are entitled to theirs as well. It doesn't make you right, it doesn't make them wrong. It would be nice however if you could occasionally state other than some grand conclusory allegations. JLA

Hey Dick! Do I detect a Clintonesq waffle? Seriously doubt? We have a discovery. FL exists. What we don't have is a market that has discovered our opportunity. Yes development is the question. Can we get the yellow stuff out of the ground at a cost that is economical? That is where the speculation lies. Speculation implies uncertainty. That is why capitalists are compensated for bearing such uncertainty.
And boy do we bear it. Relax chief, your trial is over soon then you can fade into the obscurity from whence you came, carrying the load of uncertainty with you. Wont you feel ill when the stock rises while you gaze in awe and envy from the sidelines as we naxonians 'could go all the way!' How about a coulple of balls to go with Dick. Here's a freebe, on the house (sorry Di), BUY BUY BUY! The red tag sale is almost over!

Dick, the sign of insanity is doing the same thing the same way over and over again and expecting a different outcome. Mark, Henry, Random Walk, Kurt, our old buddy David Cohen, and many others post their questions as well as their support regularly. The posts are clearly intended to understand an issue or open a discussion but always with the OPEN MINDEDNESS to hear an answer and maybe change an opinion with logical and reasonable back up.

The FACTS, as you like to point out are clearly turning the corner for Naxos. The FACT is that they have undeniable COC, certified results well above industry standards for economic recovery. (I'm not going over the issue of "unique ore" and all that again. If you didn't agree then you won't agree now). The FACT is that the Naxos board made a bold move and removed the president and his side kick in order clear the way for more aggressive forward motion. The FACT is that your now identified motive, promoting CHIP, is no where NEAR on the path to discovery that Naxos is.

If you could, please list for all to see the most recent COC AND CERTIFIED results from CHIP and who produced them. Please post for us the status of permits for drilling and distrubance. Please post for us the current funding and plans for an extended drill program. Please outline for us the number of on site presentations made by CHIP management to demonstrate current activities and who those attendees where. (You can ask Mr. Silvers about the quality of attendees at the last Naxos road show as well as his opinion of how it was received)

In the very near future, Naxos will begin its extended drill program as announced, complete the rest of the 5 BD holes and as a result, produce literally hundreds and hundreds of STANDAR FIRE ASSAY results.

Please tell us all now, BEFORE this happens, if you will accept these results as an indication of the content of FL and the feasability of economical recovery. If you say NO, then many of us will no longer take the time to engage you on this thread as it will be clear that your intention here is to simply put doubt in the mind of the Naxos shareholder. To what end, you have not yet explained, but your reasons don't matter. Your honesty does.

Thank you in advance for your response.

Good Morning "Dick",
How are you today old friend?

Every response you receive is an outright attack? Au contraire mon "Dick". You initially, at least under this posting identity that is, raised the issue of chain of custody back in mid March. If you will review the record you will notice that several people including myself responded with detailed responses regarding the details of the chain of custody. You never responded to any of our points, just continued to state your conclusions. Your posting since then has been very short on questions and long on accusatory conclusions. If you would like a discussion then when people respond to your questions you should come back with opposing points and prove them. This would be preferable to just continuing to state your accusations without stating solid evidence.

That is what brought us to this sorry state of conflict. FWIW when you first began this pattern I did a full-Richard search on my OED and said people who continually make accusations w/o responding to counter arguments are generally named "Dick".

Oh btw, Happy Anniversary. I see it is now two full weeks since you returned to SI. That has to be worth a roar of approval. Two more weeks to go on the free trial. Have you gotten the $125 together yet?
Let me know if I can be any help.

"Henry"

Mr. Hoaxland,
<<Almost every response I receive is an outright attack breaking the
rules of Silicon Investor. Obviously, there are some members of this
thread who are here only to discredit any negative poster who comes
along asking the tough questions.>>

I dont know why, but it is actually bothering me that you may feel this way. I will give you a serious answer.

On this thread we have seen many people, both positive and negative, come and go each recieving different types of responses from the thread "regulars". Perhaps you really feel like you have been ganged up upon. If so, I apologize.
However, you must also bear some of the blame. You cant expect to come into a room full of people, tell them, in a very caustic and insulting manner, that they are full of B.S. and not expect a response that is less than heartwarming. Also, most of your posts are statements of negativity without any attempt to back those statements up by fact.

Also, this thread does have some history of treating dissenters in a far different manner if they voice their dissent with respect to the feeelings of the people on the thread. If you don't believe me, ask Knight. He once stated that this thread was the best place on SI to have a dissenting opinion.

Mark
