Baird -- No, the expected life is about the same. You can stretch these old buggies a long way by refurb and replacement of parts etc. It costs much less to build the jackup, the operating costs are lower and the day rates are still nice. You just don't have the term contracts coming for jackups like the floaters. That is when you will see day rates move up for jackups and see new rigs being built ...like a big dog. I expect we will see some new jackup orders within a month or so.
