Nice post ernie.

As I have been following this stock over the months .. I am now swayed to your theory of "big bang". We might move up in the interim..the next few months, we might just sit here, heck we might go down. But as Joe M has stated, he is going to announce the <potential> buyout deal publicly backdated and after the fact. If you are in at that point, you win.. if not... you lose.

Until then, my small opinion is we have a drifting price..maybe a buck up from here @ some point, since we hit that area a few months back, but until "someone knows something" nothing major....

Mark

Ernie, I like your style and hope you do keep posting. Let me say, that I want to hear from all sides, pro and con. I hope that people will be cordial and raise legitimate questions when they post and not just use the boards for personal attacks. However, I think it is healthy to hear different points of view. If I didn't hear a negative now and then, I may put all of my money in this stock.ggg

EDLF

I happen to disagree with you on several points. The listing and some form of public relations are needed to boost the price of the stock. There is no way Joe can sell the company for his price until he completes at least 5 more acquisitions. To make DCI attractive to a large company our revenues must be near the $100 million range. The lower our stock price the more shares Joe must issue to the acquiring companys. The more shares outstanding the more difficult it will be for Joe to get his asking price. Why do you think he started a buy back program? IMO the price of the stock is a very important part of his current negotiations.

Best Regards

Ernie, Good post and good points. As to not needing the listing, PR firm, buyback etc. etc.. I believe what you have said in effect is that you feel Joe can see us through to the end without all of those benefits and you might well be right. But having even a few of them working for us could only make the trip for him easier.

James

Well,

The village idiot is gonna take a second to pat himself on the back.
Looks like 2 of my SWAGs happened:

while I do not believe the Website is instrumental in the direction of a company that claims it will be bought out in a matter of months, the website was updated as mgt promised!

Looks like there was a shorter after all!!!! FINGER that out. I do believe there are others though. There must be some restricted shares that become unrestricted soon and those folks will short in my mind.

Good luck all!
