The only harrassment I see here is harrasment of a couple of dissenting voices, in an attempt to drive us from the thread.

As to Hayton, sure my opinion is still open on him. And on Al Capone. And Jesse James. And The Hillside Strangler. Maybe they really weren't bad guys - they just made a few mistakes, and needed one more chance to prove themselves honorable. Yea, this time is different.

IF it could be proven that Hayton had no significant ownership or control of the company, a tremendous load would be taken off. Then, you'd ONLY have the history of repeated failures and name changes preceeding NETZ (but this time is different), lack of financial statements (and a history in previous incarnations of not releasing financial statements, but this time is different), the mass resignations, public statments of doubt made by customers, etc. etc. etc.

Yes, indeed, if it could be proven that Hayton has nothing to do with this, boy, there would be a LOT less negative about this stock! ;)

Well I don't know how much more proof you want on Hayton, but that is your choice. I felt the same way about PTUSA when he had it, now it is worthless and I rode it until the end. I have no axe to grind, just trying to prevent others from losing like I did. His track record indicates he does not have your interest at heart, only your money.

Good Luck.
