The license applications are completed by attorneys and then, I am told,
they go back and forth with the authorities answering questions, paying
fees and awaiting various approvals. After this comes a legal/business
conference with the appropriate LEC and a final agreement is hammered
out. We should hear about Hawaii in 40 to 60 days.

Yo Tom:

Sure XECM's ask price was .12/shr two months ago and now it is what? $0.18? Ok! But just remember, last year XECM's ask price was at around $0.75/shr!!!!!!! And a year earlier it was at around $1.20/shr and a year before that XECM was at around $4.25/shr!!!!!!!!! Now I have no idea how good you are in math but let me give you a simple analogy to fully understand the performance of XECM!!

Consider stock A. Back in 1995 stock A was being sold for $425/shr. A year later it was worth $125/shr. And a year later it was worth $75/shr, and today it is worth $18/shr!!!

Meanwhile go ahead and BUY BUY BUY, at these prices XECM is a steal! And everytime you buy just think of Microsoft and how it was worth only pennies just 11 years ago, and look at it now! XECM is definitely the next Microsoft. GO FOR IT!
