Ole 49er have you ever done any panning, detecting or sniping, dredging or sluicing, or do you just mine the data paystreaks?

Any of you gold bugs ever done any Elliot Wave analysis of XAU?

According to The Center for Elliot Wave analysis , the Elliot Wave is projecting gold down to the $200 - $180 level ....... so be careful fellow argonauts.

Of course EW analysis can be wrong in this interpetation of the wave, but the wave itself never wrong
..... just a lot easier to see in hindsight.

Have enjoyed reading through the Xau thread... I think that connecting the ups and downs in the price of gold to Slick Willy's pants going up and down is a bit farfetched though. Maybe we have the potential for a new indicator here....... the waistline oscillator???

If you guys are interested I am toying with the idea of a page where XAU charts and Elliot Wave counts could be posted as a resource for discussion.

I have not been able to find a true Elliot Wave thread on SI beyond the GET one, and GET is more of a momentum trading system than an Elliot system in many ways. If anyone knows of one let me know please.

Ole 49r...
Have you been to Glenn County in northern Calif??

My dad was telling me a story about some of the gas wells drilled up there..He said that a Big Chief Drilling tool pusher was telling him. that when they where drilling the conductor or surface hole that nuggets would be coming over the shaker screen.
And all I have ever seen was gravel and sand.
Nice run up in the XAU last week..
Catch ya later..
