Ditchdigger, I would be careful of CCEE regardless of their news. First, when they do the reverse split, the price of the stock is likely to reverse as well. Second, this is a company that doesn't give a rat's petunia for its shareholders. Just my opinion.

Ditch,I second Wolfdog's opinion,beware CCEE--they are going to a reverse split just to attempt to keep from being delisted--it may be the beginning of the end for CCEE.max90
