Gabard,

I sure hope you and TM have beaten your swords into plowshares for now.

I would like to say that I followed the action in CAVR last week, and I'm sure some folks got burned. I didn't play it, but I find the stock an interesting intermediate play based on the solid technology. Could be a possible takeover target.

I used to see a lot of "picks" get flashed in the Waaco Kid forum and you would see a stock go ballistic like a ground to ground missile; up and then back down.

I personally don't like seeing stock being declared "picks of the day". There is too much opportunity for manipulation to go on. I would rather see just some good 'ol "hey look at this interesting stock I found!!! Let's do our diligence and see if it has potential" discussions circulating about.

And I would offer caution to anyone that attempts to accumulate a large group of individuals into a buying "cartel". No good can come of it and a whole lot of bad can result.

The SEC doesn't care for what they see as being manipulative activity via the internet. And they are cracking down. TM and Gabard know what I'm talking about. The SEC can (and will) call internet investors on the carpet when the mood strikes them.

Regards,

Ron
