I haven't got a clue. In fact I have never seen it mentioned.

If you have a laptop PC, notebook PC you can read the CF by plugging it in a PCMCIA adaptor. If you have a desktop, currently there's no alternative to the external drive.

IMHO the best cameras out there have CF slots. No one here will contradict me.

Very good question. I would like to see SNDK push such an internal reader. Sell it to Dell at cost ($5?)
