Sorry Herm, but those aren't exactly neutral bars that are being plotted for VVUS; they're very short black bars. Vvus has been nudging the lower band down slightly the past few sessions. Take a closer look: webbindustries.com A positive aspect of this is that the high band has been dropping too, so it'll be easier for vvus to close above the high band and plot a white downtrend-ending bar. The 2-line chart says this will happen at $10.375; the 3-line chart says $10.813. Doug.
